Who is responsible

What we collect

When you request beta access, we collect your email address and record when you submitted the request and which version of this notice you accepted. The form does not ask for a name, password, payment details, or writing brief.

Why we use it

We rely on your consent to record and manage your beta request and contact you about beta availability. This signup does not add you to a general newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional email. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@ceilord.com.

You can withdraw your request and ask us to remove your email by writing to support@ceilord.com.

Where it is stored

Submitted beta addresses, signup times, and accepted notice versions are stored in Turso, a hosted libSQL database service, as described in its Privacy Policy. Cloudflare delivers the site, runs the signup Worker, sends the one-time confirmation email from hello@ceilord.com through Resend, an email delivery service, and processes the technical request information needed to serve and protect the service, as described in its Privacy Policy. The page loads the Figtree font from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font from Google. The signup database does not store your IP address, and the current page code has no advertising or web analytics scripts.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent the beta list. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the site and database, or where disclosure is required by law. We keep your beta request while it remains active. If you withdraw it or the beta list closes, we will delete the address unless we must retain it to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim. To request deletion, write to support@ceilord.com.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your email, correct it, or delete it. Where applicable law provides additional rights, such as restricting or objecting to processing, portability, withdrawing consent, or complaining to a data protection authority, you can exercise them by contacting support@ceilord.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Cookies and changes

The current beta page does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. For homepage experiments, the page stores small first-party variant assignments in local browser storage and sends anonymous aggregate exposure and signup counts to Ceilord so we can compare headline and layout variants. Those experiment counts do not include your IP address, email address, or another user identifier. We may update this notice if the information we collect or how we use it changes. We will update the date above when we do.
